A: Processing + shipping is usually 5–14 business days. Custom requests may take longer since I send you drafts for approval before production. Please allow up to a month to be safe (plan ahead for birthdays, holidays, or events).
Q: Do you accept returns or exchanges?
A: Because most of my items are custom-made, all sales are final. However, if there’s an error on my end (wrong size sent, misspelling, ink placement issue), I’ll work with you to make it right.
Q: Can I change my order after placing it?
A: For custom pieces — yes, if you contact me before I start production. For regular site orders, changes can only be made within 24 hours of ordering.
Q: How do I request a custom piece?
A: You can message me directly with your idea or request. I’ll confirm details, provide drafts, and get your approval before payment.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes — but shipping times vary by country, and some locations are restricted by my print providers.

A: If unsure, I recommend ordering one size up — it’s easier to tailor a larger size than wait on the return process.
Q: Do you offer gift wrapping?
A: Local orders may be arranged with special wrapping if discussed ahead of time. Shipped orders are packaged by Printful in durable mailer bags (similar to Amazon).
