Return Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase, but if you’re not completely satisfied, please contact us before sending anything back. This ensures we can provide the correct return address and instructions, as our items may ship from different warehouses.

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items that are unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached. Certain items, such as personalized or custom orders, are non-returnable.

  1. Email us at [email protected] with your order number, item(s) you wish to return, and reason for return.
  2. We will review your request and provide the appropriate return address (based on where your order was shipped from).
  3. Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging.
  4. Include your order number inside the package for faster processing.
  5. Ship using a trackable method — we are not responsible for lost return shipments.
  6. Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item(s) to ensure they meet our return conditions.
  7. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval.

Important:

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
  • Items returned without contacting us first may be refused or sent back to you.
